Due to the nature of real wood products, the actual shade and color of the engraving may vary slightly.
Once the engraving process has begun, no changes can be made and no refunds will be issued.
Our standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days to allow for the artwork, engraving and packaging of each cutting board, which are made to order. Lead time does not include shipping time
RECOMMENDATION:
- We recommend that you wash the cutting board by hand and without detergent. The engravings would get damaged if it is washed in the dishwasher.
- Our cutting boards are engraved on one side permitting the use of the other side for cutting and chopping.
- Apply light coat of Mineral oil at least once per year to keep it in top shape.
